Located 10min from Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa, the property features a fitness Centre and free private parking. The studio apartment has an open plan living and dining area, a queen-sized bed, a smart TV, dining table to seat two and a comfortable sofa that can open into a sofa bed to accommodate two if needed. There is also an equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, stove and a washing machine. Hotel grade towels and bed linen are also available in the apartment.
