Located in the heart of the Iconic Dubai City, one of the most happening areas in the Emirate, this brand-new apartment offers unforgettable views of Dubai’s skyscrapers and overlooks the swimming pool, where one can relax and enjoy the charm of Dubai! The Space The contemporary style lounge area features a large comfy sofa with an accompanying lounge chair, and a coffee table situated across a large HD television. The elegant dining table is situated next to the balcony to seat up to 4 people. The semi-American style kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen appliances to include a toaster, kettle, and a coffee maker for a seamless stay. Master Bedroom The tastefully furnished master bedroom features a King-sized bed with bedside tables and lampshades. You’ll have access to a walk-in closet. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee on the balcony with its amazing views. An en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, a walk-in shower unit, a toilet and double basins. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed having an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Guest Access Guests can enjoy a wide range of recreational amenities including a Gym and a Shared Swimming pool. Interaction with Guests All our properties are exclusively vacation rentals in Dubai that combine the service and convenience of a premium hotel with the privacy and comfort of home. Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we are always just a phone call away for any inquiry or assistance. We are happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays, and other various concierge services at an additional cost. Other things to note Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts, and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (\~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival. Checkout cleaning fees are mandatory charges covering cleaning costs upon guests' checkout. Getting Around You can always hail an RTA taxi to move around the city easily.
