Located in one of the most dynamic locations in Dubai. This jaw-dropping apartment encapsulates the popular luxurious lifestyle of Dubai along with comfort and entertainment. As FIVE Palm Jumeirah is an attractive spot for parties and exotic nightlife. The apartment offers one of a kind view from the balcony where you can watch unforgettable views of the sunset.   
  
The Space   
  
The apartment has very elegant styled furniture with a classy yet comfy sofa and two lounge chairs, where you can watch the television or enjoy a nice breeze on a winter night coming from the balcony in the lounge area or even enjoy tanning on the sunloungers in the balcony.   
  
The comfortable dining table and chairs can accommodate up to 4 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with essential kitchen appliances for a seamless stay.   
  
The Guests’ Bathroom features a toilet and a sink.   
  
Master Bedroom   
  
The Master Bedroom has a unique taste featuring a comfy queen-size bed with two bedside tables and a cosy seating area.   
  
The Bedroom features a marvelous view.   
  
The en-suite bathroom is spacious, featuring double basins, a bathtub, a walk-in shower unit, a toilet, and a bidet.

Guests can enjoy a wide range of recreational amenities including Beach access with lots of water activities, a Gym, a Shared Swimming pool, and a spa as well in addition to exotic parties at FIVE.

All our properties are exclusively vacation rentals in Dubai that combine the service and convenience of a premium hotel with the privacy and comfort of home. Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we are always just a phone call away for any inquiry or assistance. We are happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays, and other various concierge services at an additional cost.   
  
Other things to note   
  
Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts, and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (\~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.   
  
Checkout cleaning fees are mandatory charges covering cleaning costs upon guests' checkout. Please note that cleaning supplies are not provided, as this is a serviced apartment, and cleaning should be arranged through our service provider only. A mandatory cleaning session is included for stays of 7 or more days, at an additional charge to keep the unit in excellent condition.   
  
The Neighborhood   
  
FIVE is located in one of the fanciest areas in Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, which is home to some of the most luxurious spots in Dubai.   
  
Apart from the everyday parties at FIVE and the water activities in the morning that you can enjoy at the beach, there is also a list of other activities which you can enjoy at palm Jumeirah including but not limited to Sky Dive Dubai, For the ultimate adrenaline rush, jump out of a plane as it cruises over the Palm Jumeirah. Skydive Dubai offers tandem skydives at the premium Palm Dropzone, reaching speeds of up to 120 mph and offering eye-popping views of the Palm, the Dubai Marina, and the turquoise waters of the Arabian Gulf.   
  
Getting around   
  
There is a monorail service that runs from Atlantis to the front Gates of the palm where you can jump on the Dubai Tram and Metro for access beyond. RTA taxis are at plenty on The Palm and Uber is widely used throughout the Emirate.   
  
You also have to try Dubai’s Speedboat tour which will take you on a magnificent tour across The palm and the Marina.   
  
AlNakheel Mall is a short drive away from the building where you will find all the shops that you might need and also there is a nearby Spinneys Market to get all your essentials easily.   
  
Dubai International Airport is about half an hour drive away from the building.
