As it can be found in one of the most happening areas in the Emirate, Business bay Area, everything you need is just around the corner, and you’ll get to fully experience the magic of Business bay with its incredible view. The Space The Living room has a contemporary style, featuring a comfy L- shaped sofa accompanied by an armchair with a coffee table situated across a Flat Screen Television. The dining area is situated next to the balcony. The dining table can seat up to 4 persons comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen appliances for a seamless stay. Master Bedroom An elegant, spacious Master Bedroom with a King size bed and two side tables with lampshades with an incredible view of Burj Khalifa seen from the floor-to-ceiling windows. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with its breathtaking view. An en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, a shower, a double basin, and a toilet. The Second & Third bedroom feature a queen-size bed with an attached bathroom as well. Guest Access Guests can enjoy a wide range of recreational amenities including a Gym and a Shared Swimming pool. Interaction with Guests Our properties are exclusively vacation rentals in Dubai that combine the service and convenience of a premium hotel with the privacy and comfort of home. Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we are always just a phone call away for any inquiry or assistance. We are happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays, and other various concierge services at an additional cost. Other things to note Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts, and hotels. Business Bay metro station is a short cab ride away from the apartment and from there, you'll be able to move around the city smoothly. Clean and tidy, no mentionable issues except handling the air condition was little tricky, except there are obsoletely no issues. There is a hotel and residence side by side, so when you coming for the first time make sure you go to the residence entrance which is the 'South entrance' will make it easy to get into the place.
