All guests must provide a passport copy before check-in as required by DTCM (Dubai Tourism Department) and building management. 2\. Prior to check-in, the Holiday Home Guest check-in document must be signed by the guest, forming a Holiday Home contract between the Licensee and the Guest. 3.Access cards and keys are essential assets of the property. In case of loss, a replacement fee of AED 500 will be charged per card. 4\. Respect the property's residential amenities, security, and neighbors. Please avoid any disruptive or inappropriate behavior. 5\. Guests must not create noise that is offensive to neighbors, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM, including during arrival and departure. 6\.
