It's not a good place at all they ask for an extra money as security deposit which is jot not written in there policy. The only provided the bottles of water ONLY when we arrived. Not working washing machine, refold the towels and not changing them. Very bad WiFi . The entrance is clean and smells good but the place it self is terrible. With a bad service. There is alot of Apt. With the same price or less. And they are much more better. We didn't prolong our stay and we even left early morning. Noisy place, dirty windows. No cleaning, too expensive with no reason.

room was spacious and nice. worth what you paid for. very near to metro so no need to worry about not having a car. mall of emirates in one station away.

The apartment was exactly how it is shown in the pictures. The staff were very friendly and helpful.It was a very comfortable stay with great access to the mall of emirates and other locations by metro. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

The hote was good but there was no breakfast . The air condition was aimed to my head where ever i sat and no one understand me to make the air direction little up . Other than that it was very good

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and have to say we had fantastic holliday in Dubai.Excelent location,2 minutes from metro station ,staff very friendly and travel consultant from Rayna give us very good instructions for city tours and day we spent in Abu Dhabi and trip in desert,apartament very good size, launge huge and bed very comfortable,staff very promt and good communication,all in one we have good time there and highly recomend this hotel for price and location.

Everything was AMAZING!!!! The room sizses, the staff and comfort!!! Only thing that was a bit disappointing..,the staff would clean our bathrooms and not replace face cloth after taking the towels. Other than that.....if you need somewhere to stay this is the place to be! And it’s in a central location close to everything!

Comfortable and friendly. Very happy with my stay.
I can highly recommend this apartment hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpfull, the room was spacious and comfortable. Located very near to a metro station the whole of Dubai is accesable. I will definately stay here again.

Great location. Excellent staff
Located less than a 1 k from Mall of the Emirates and less than 100 meters from a Metro station this property is Ideally located. The staff and management are knowlegeable and accessible. Definitely reccomend this hotel.

Great location, Great staff
Ideal locaton, Less than 1 k from the Mall of the Emirates and less than 100 mtrs from a metro station. Rooms were clean and the supplied cooking utensils were more than adequate. Staff were very helpful with local infor and acquiring transport. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel apartment is close to the metro station Sharaf DG, very practical. The apartment is big, very clean. The employees are very polite, smiling and available. It was very pleasant :) The only complaint could be the balcony: to small and without view. Fortunately, the swimming on the top is perfect to refresh us ;) Thank you!

Nice hotel, extremely large apartment with balcony
Close to many attractions and next to metro station, 10 mins stroll to mall of emerates. Taxis outside both hotel and metro and very cheap. Hotel offers free bus to mall of Dubai and beach

Perfectly Positioned Dubai Appartment Hotel
A very relaxing apartment with lots of room and comfortable furniture. It is not in the heart of the really busy touristy areas but as it is just 200 metres or so from a Metro station it enabled us to see a lot of places very easily and cheaply. Dubai is much bigger than we thought and is still growing. Taxis are fine but the traffic was always busy and it can sometimes be a white knuckle drive. We asked the hotel staff for help on quite a few occasions and they were very accomodating. The pool is smallish but beautifully formed and kept very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice apartment hotel next to the mall of emirates
Hotel was ok, they are actual big apartments with full kitchens so you can enjoy the space. The only problem was the internet and the tv. The internet is way too slow and on a couple of days when I was there at night it completely stopped working. Overall is better then the hotels right on sheikh zayied because it s quite and you don’t hear the traffic
