Advertised as All Inclusive deal but it is far from it. Alcohol is not included until after noon. All Inclusive customers offered a much narrower menu. All Inclusive customers are treated as second class. Been charged for Ice Cream so not included either. Never had breakfast and drinks at the same time-Drinks usually arrive after you finished breakfast. On the beach bars All Inclusive customers receive drinks between 30-45mins after order. I felt this is deliberate to slow down consumption. During Ramadan, no alcohol served during dinner until after 8pm. If I knew all this I would have chosen pay as you go or better go somewhere else.

The level of service was outstanding. The staff throughout the entire property were excellent: enthusiastic, happy, knowledgeable and very amenable for help when needed. Just a fabulous hotel in all respects!

The hotel is exceptional in every way. Rooms are excellent, food is incredible, staff can't do enough for you. The only issue we had was with the over-complex food and drink packages. They are not intuitive and include hidden exceptions and extras. On arrival the receptionist described the 'all inclusive' package to us, which we took, at an extra cost, yet when we came to use it, at certain restaurants they significantly reduced the menu choice, and in one of the beach areas we were told our package was not valid (there were apparently 3 separate all inclusive schemes). Unfortunately this slightly spoiled the overall experience, as you didn't know what you would be able to eat and drink with the package until you arrived at the restaurant or bar, and so you were not 'at ease'.

Awesome hotel. Our third stay here after a disappointing Hilton last time around. The Westin never fails to disappoint, and the Exec Lounge is definitely worth adding to your booking (rather than Breakfast, as you'll get that in the Lounge). Nothing bad to say. It gets busier from mid to late July so if you can go in early July, even better.

You have access to the facilities of 3 hotels (Le Meridian and the W hotel) so nice beach area , staff are so welcoming , it is a very nice hotel for all family members especially the kids 👍👍

The beach was unexpetedly ugly. The water has gone a few meters lower. But the tide is not the essential reason for that. The Palm and all the artificially built islands literally block sea water from running free. That is the cause why we see the stale water. Moreover, the yachts moored in the marina obviously do not add comfort and cleanliness. In the morning (about 8am) you can find plenty of foam at the shoreline. It comes clearly from yachts cleansing.

Arrived early morning and reception staff were so friendly, although check in wasn’t until 3pm our room was ready straight away! All the staff were very attentive the restaurants were lovely and rooms cleaned to a high standard. We celebrated my daughters 21st during our stay and the hotel left a card flowers, balloons and a cake in the room which was a lovely touch! Would definitely stay again

Not worth the price paid (3000 AED). Small rooms, LOUD music all evening and night - ruined my planned relaxing on the balcony evening, loud pool area, some food not up to a 5 star but five star prices! That said, water park is great and beds are comfortable

Wonderful hotel. We stayed in room 007 'to much hilarity from the staff' We used the adults only pool and received wonderful service from Charles and all the team. This is essentially 3 hotels in one and you can use all the facilities. In particular we loved the pizza restaurant. All the staff we encountered were so helpful and friendly and we cant wait to go back!

Very nice hotel with excellent infrastructure. The beach is faced to the harbor, no waves and super warm water. My son enjoyed the water park. Excellent restaurants. Dubai marina is a 15 minutes walk.
