Nice room but weird there wasn’t a shower. Went to the bar downstairs and they didn’t allow me to use my discount from the VIP perk. Breakfast was ok, buffet dinner was average at best. Overall was good value for money with the highlight being the room and rooftop pool.

Hotel check in process is slow and room is a little bit outdated. Shower is awkward as you need to stand on top of the tab and there is no barrier around it to avoid spilling. There is no door between toilet and shower as well.

My experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The room had a persistent bad smell, and accessing the hotel was inconvenient due to the lack of a main gate; instead, guests had to go underground. Surprisingly, the bathroom lacked basic amenities like a toilet brush and hair dryer. Additionally, the restaurant was disappointing, with dirt and dust on the dinner tables. The view from the hotel was unimpressive, offering no glimpse of Dubai's real beauty or its iconic architecture—just some old buildings. The hotel’s claimed five-star status is not reflective of the disappointing reality, potentially misleading customers seeking a genuine luxury experience.

Nice design and a well presented interiors. Strategic Location with easy access to airport and main malls etc. Residential neighborhood quite but not much to do in the immediate vicinity. Hotel staff a bit overwhelmed so room service is not quite to Accor's 5 star hotel standards.

The hotel is a nice facility which is well kept and it does look good. There is a nice little gym, spa & sauna and small roof top pool. What really lets this place down is the service. The breakfast service is displeasing as there are not enough tables and the staff are totally overwhelmed. I got used to asking for a latte 4-5 times before I got one. Another issue was room service. They seem to never fully replenish things like soap, toilet tissue, shower gel etc. This again led to multiple calls to reception

have stayed here many times, i feel the rooms are getting dated, seems like poor maintenance, and cleaning. The lobby is still very nice, and so is the top floor bar/restaurant. the breakfast spread is good but the service can be better, staff training certainly needs attention.

The property isn’t very clean for a 5 star Cushions had stains on them but the rooms themselves were cleaned properly by housekeeping The service is great by the house keeping they’re all lovely Front desk staff were ok On final checkout they were incompetent and didn’t write down how they took a deposit from me which for a 5 star hotel is poor. And I’m still waiting for this refund
