The "free" Internet was HORRIBLE--when it did work and the maintenance person could not get it working properly (and twice he said he would return to fix it, but never returned).
The washing machine did work, but it's dryer barely dried the clothes, so instead if repairing the machine, we were provided with a metal clothes "dryer" for the balcony.
Also, in the first day the microwave shorted out and it took an additional day to receive a replacement. The kitchen is fully stocked with utinseka, but you'll have to bring your own bottled water and instant coffee, tea, sugar, etc.
If your plans include visiting the next door Canadian Hospital, then the Lotus Grand is convenient, but for less money per night, the additional taxi fare or metro traveling expenses would be worth staying at a different hotel.
We never ate at the restaurant because the prices were too costly.
