I didn’t like fact that I booked a room with two queen beds and the room had two double beds that were old as the hills. Terrible mattresses

"Dinosaur facing room" was such a powerful sentence. Then waking up in the morning and seeing the giant dinosaur across the river... I almost died haha. Also being directly across the street from The Fossil Shop was also an unexpected incredible surprise. We had a blast, thanks for the pancakes!
Staff very friendly, during the week very reasonably priced when I stayed

The air conditioner in the room was broken. No fan or circulation.
Very limited breakfast options.
Still have not got both on my $100 deposits back. Missing out on $200 now.
The room reservation explicitly stated that a buffet breakfast was included, which was a primary factor in my selection of this hotel. As only a continental breakfast was provided, this constitutes a misrepresentation of services. Given these circumstances, the nightly rate of $200 appears to be excessive.
Was a sidewalk blick in front of door which was a tripping problem. Also needed a little more for breakfast like bagel or different muffins. Cleaning staff should still come in every day to see if you need more Coffee or toilet items.
Decent for what the price was, although the room wasn’t very clean, bed isn’t the most comfortable. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everyone and everything that’s going on around you.
Room with a jacuzzi tub. Ran a bath with some bubble bath, and the CRAP that came out of the jets was disgusting. They charged ME $35 to clean up the "vomit" that was left in the tub. I tried to get them to reverse the charge but they ghosted me.
This is the second time we've stayed at this property this year, previously in May at which time I was very pleased with everything except the broken and deteriorated sidewalks. The staff and the their attention to every detail was excellent. This visit however, was a different experience. We were constantly engaged in chasing the many flies which seemed to have taken over the room. I believe this is because of the lack of cleaning which only occurs each three day cycle. We didn't learn about this change in routine cleaning unstill our second night when we had to request replacement towels. Also there is no phone to reach the front desk. I am disabled and making the effort to get fresh towels was a burden I didn't need. The staff seemed less interested in their duties and in explaining their new process at check in. It seems that now a room deposit for $100.00 must be made at the time of check for room amenities? All in all this return visit was disappointing and not comparable to our earlier stay. No room cleaning for three days has no doubt contributed to the infestation of flies, they like dirty places and usually are attracted to foul things. Sorry Expedia this trip was a bust for the reasons stated.
The building needs some TLC. For the breakfast it was extremely minimal and the pancake machine was broken. Our friend who was a senior citizen’s phone would not work in their room and we could not hook up the Wi-Fi. We had to go downstairs and use a different Wi-Fi. Thin walls. But for the price, it was ok.
