So kind and over the top nice, accommodating, went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. We stayed on the top floor, it was newly renovated with a new elevator, new jacuzzi, and modern rooms. Everything was so clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable, right in the middle of town with many beaches to walk to and unlimited food and shopping. "We only spent night in this magical hotel, but wish we'd spent longer. Though somewhat tricky to drive to, there is a big parking lot, and it's only a 5 min walk down the hill to the old town and restaurants. The view is stunning, with a lovely garden from which we enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The building is charming and our room was decorated with delightful antique elements."

"Excellent location for exploring the Gjirokastër bazaar — right in the heart of it all. Arriving close to midnight made parking a bit tricky to find at first, but once we explored the bazaar the next day we discovered a convenient parking deck nearby with shortcuts that made getting to and from the hotel with our bags easy. Our room had stunning views of the mountains, the castle, and the city below — an unforgettable setting. Highly recommend!"
