The staff is very friendly, and helped us with anything we needed. The wifi had some problems the first day, but the next days the problem was solved and the wifi worked excellent. The hotel has the most amazing chandelier in the lobby, the biggest chandelier we have ever seen. The see-through lift was also very amazing, with view on the chandelier. The whole hotel represents luxury. Would definitely stay here again next time in Minsk!"
