"It was great that they changed booking to ground floor since Im disabled. The parking and location was ideal. However... the beds were so tall I couldnt get on or off without husbands help and I am 5'8"! And the bedspred was so rough, it actually burned my elbow when I moved. My elbow was much smoother ..."
