The beds were very comfortable. The space was very large and accommodated 5 easy. Very clean and breakfast was great (although I’m certain I prepaid and they said I did not). My only issue was they didn’t seem too happy we were staying there. Maybe they don’t like Americans. Idk but we were quiet and polite, yet I felt like we were criminals.

I loved Hotel Jewel and the restaurant and the staff were fab. I only gave it a 4 as there is no elevator and I was on the 3rd floor and the luggage elevator only worked till 2nd floor - so it was quite the hike up and down. Ask for a room lower down if you don't like stairs. Still would recommend.

Clean and conveniently located. The only drawback, no lift. The circular stairs were a bit much.

"The hotel is in a pleasant location, albeit not as described in the listing. My reason for booking was that it was described, and shown on the map, as being six minutes walk from Ricany station, however the correct location is actually a 25 minute, uphill, walk away!
