On one level, you will have comfort and quality for 10 people with a 7-room villa spread over 135m2 and comprising:
- a beautiful bright living room with exposed beams, French windows, fireplace, TV with DVD player, table football;
- a fully equipped kitchen with its large dining table and dishwasher;
- 5 bedrooms (3 with double beds, 2 of which are 10 and 12m2 and 1 with an attic; 1 with a sofa bed; 1 with a bunk bed for 3 single beds) and an eighth bed via the sofa bed in the living room;
- 3 bathrooms with bath, shower, washing machine;
- 4 toilets (two of which are independent);
- a veranda with a view of the superb estate, large dining table and another TV area;
- a tiled swimming pool and its equipped pool-house (barbecue, sofa, deckchairs, dining table, sink, toilet, ping pong table, etc.)

The ideal location allows easy access to various typical Provençal villages and their markets (including Régusse, which also has a large supermarket 5 minutes away) and multiple activities in nature (walks, hikes, equestrian centre, educational farm, water activities...).
