The villa, tastefully furnished in soft and soothing tones, is composed of three independent modules: \- Main villa (180 m2): 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, large living room - dining room, open kitchen, terrace. \- Small communicating villa (50 m2): 1 bedroom, 1 shower room and a lounge (sofa bed, kitchenette), small terrace. \- Large independent air-conditioned studio of 55 m2 with kitchenette and shower room. The house has a covered terrace of 100 m2, and a heated lap pool (13X3.5 m), maintained by a pool engineer. It overlooks a lawn area of 1,500 m2 and is surrounded by olive trees and Provençal restanques. It is located at the top of a hill and offers a view of the Sainte-Baume. Absolute calm.
