Maximum capacity: 6 people. \- A well-equipped separate kitchen with a large 'Germania' stove / oven + 1 additional electric stove, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, household appliances, cupboards, dishes, cookware. \- A bathroom with shower cubicle, + bathtub / shower, toilet and storage room with lagoon-colored washbasin, large mirror, shelves + radiator, + stand fan. \- A bathroom on the ground floor, with shower cubicle, vanity with mirror / shelves / light, hanging toilet, electric towel dryer + heater fan. \- Laundry room with washing machine. \- A large terrace on the south floor, equipped with electric blinds / remote control and large round parasol, 1 table, 6 armchairs, external curtains; a balcony on the upper floor (west side of the living room), clothesline; On the ground floor : \- a small covered living room under the terrace; \- A concrete terrace of 20 m2 with a pergola (covered from spring 2022) overlooking a large flat and planted garden of 6,050 m2; \- Fixed grill, tables, chairs, armchairs and deck chairs, clothesline. You need to speak little french to understand what she meant but with english you will come far.The house has his pitoresqeu design so that my mom cried of the beuaty of the appartement. Every morning we came out on to the terrace to a wonderful view across the grounds. The owner was very good in quickly answering the questions we had which were many. Our understanding of how some appliances worked would have been helped by a folder of information when we arrived The house was not as close to the village as we had hoped and we had to drive everywhere but soon got used to the rather narrow roads and French local drivers. Trop court ce week-end ! nous avons été ravis de passer 2 nuits dans cette belle maison. Joli feu dans l'insert, belles chambres et de quoi cuisiner, tous les ustensiles possibles.. Pour ceux qui veulent profiter du calme et de la quiétude cet endroit est parfait. Comme décrit dans l'annonce, un véhicule est indispensable pour les courses. Merci à Maryse pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Et merci à Brigitte, d'avoir pris régulièrement des nouvelles pour s'assurer que tout se passait bien pour nous. Un peu loin de Ginasservis donc besoin de voiture même pour aller chercher le pain. Un peu bruyant pour les gens qui veulent faire la grasse matinée, car peu d’isolation entre la piece a vivre et les chambres. La cuisine vraiment petite donc à considérer si on veut cuisiner beaucoup. Grand choix de vaisselle et autres objets utiles pour le quotidien (mijoteuse, mixeur, cocotte minute etc) - par contre presque tout datant d’au moins 25 ans donc à faire attention car peut casser facilement, ou desfois déjà cassé. Le BBQ est difficile à utiliser car un peu cassé - à changer. Super sympa d’avoir le poêle à bois à l’intérieur pour les nuits fraiches, et tout ce qu’il faut pour les journées chaudes (parasol, sun loungers etc) - par contre les enfants (4 et 6 ans) auraient apprécié quelques installations pour jouer dans le jardin (petite maison, trampoline, toboggan etc). Maryse est tres accueillante et relaxe et la propriétaire facile à joindre. Wifi tres bien. Dans l’ensemble, un séjour très agréable, nous avons vraiment apprécié la tranquilité. ##### Stephanie F. Es liegt mitten im grünen und ist von Bäumen und Feldern umgeben. Das Haus ist mit den kleinen Schlafzimmern und dem großen gemeinsamen Wohn- und Esszimmer perfekt für Gruppenurlaube. Die Küche bietet alle Geräte, die man braucht. Wir waren im Winter dort und durch den Kamin konnten wir uns gut warmhalten. Außerdem waren auch die Heizungen in den Zimmern von Nutzen bzw. der warmmachende AC. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden gern im Sommer wieder kommen. Merci beaucoup! ##### Anna W. Tout s'est très bien passé et nous conseillons ce logement pour les familles. 3 belle chambre, un grand salon/salle à manger et la possibilité de faire de bons feux pour se réchauffer le soir. Der Ausstattung des Hauses fehlt es an nichts. Die Gastgeberin Mme Chaussat war obwohl selbst im Urlaub für alle Fragen immer erreichbar. Auch Mme Guyon die die Übergaben gemacht hat war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben hier Tiere in freier Wildbahn gesehen, die ich so bisher noch nicht gesehen hab und die Stille nur gefüllt vom Vogelgezwitscher war herrlich.
