The URBAN POOL managed by the Town Hall is located in the center of the village (2.8 km);
A house in the country protected by a security system (remote monitoring), with a pergola and a small lounge under the terrace, comfortable, very quiet, well-cared for decoration and, like a jewelery box, everything is surrounded by trees, including:
- A living room with dining area + breakfast area, + fireplace / insert with 2-stage ventilation for heat recovery + 2 radiators 1500 Wtt, TV 139cm, WIFI, Internet, + radiators in the bathrooms and the 3 bedrooms + 1 sofa bed in the living room. Maximum capacity: 6 people.
- A well-equipped separate kitchen with a large 'Germania' stove / oven + 1 additional electric stove, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, household appliances, cupboards, dishes, cookware.
- A bathroom with shower cubicle, + bathtub / shower, toilet and storage room with lagoon-colored washbasin, large mirror, shelves + radiator, + stand fan.
- A bathroom on the ground floor, with shower cubicle, vanity with mirror / shelves / light, hanging toilet, electric towel dryer + heater fan.
- Laundry room with washing machine.
- A large terrace on the south floor, equipped with electric blinds / remote control and large round parasol, 1 table, 6 armchairs, external curtains; a balcony on the upper floor (west side of the living room), clothesline;
On the ground floor :
- a small covered living room under the terrace;
- A concrete terrace of 20 m2 with a pergola (covered from spring 2022) overlooking a large flat and planted garden of 6,050 m2;
- Fixed grill, tables, chairs, armchairs and deck chairs, clothesline.
The owner took care to beautify the exterior of the house by placing planters on the edge of the patio railing and plants, flowers, and shrubs around the house and would be grateful to the tenants for watering these regularly in weather.
Not included in the base price and to be paid on arrival by check or cash to the owner or his representative:
1) Mandatory Fees:

- cleaning fee (€ 70.00)

- Security deposit of € 500.00 which will be refunded at the end of the rental period if no damage or breakages are found.

- On the other hand, the electricity costs in the low and mid season (from 01.11. To 30.06.) Are to be borne by the tenants and must be paid in cash or by check at the end of the stay. My order is paid for, depending on the meter reading, at a price of O.20 € / Kwtt / h including VAT (this rate changes according to the increases imposed by EDF)

2) Optional:

- Rental of household linen:
(Fitted sheet, flat bed sheet / duvet cover, neck roll and pillowcase, gloves and towels, kitchen towels): 15 € per person / for 1 set per week (count 2 x 15 € per person for - beyond a week).
Renters should notify the landlord if they prefer to bring their own bedding.

- Firewood: in the low and middle season at cost price:
- for 1/2 cubic meter / week, so 40 €,
- for 3 or 4 nights (1/4 cubic meter for € 20).
Note: In the case of a shorter rental period, the tenants must buy firewood in the surrounding shops at their own expense.

Notes: The tourist tax is paid directly by Homelidays / Abritel. moved in.
