You'll be charmed by this private house with its beautiful large swimming pool, located in the hills above Draguignan in a very quiet neighborhood with no neighbors opposite, on 9,000 m² of land planted with Mediterranean trees, terraced with breathtaking views of the Massif des Maures. Access is via a narrow paved road for one car. Welcome to PROVENCE. This property is fully secured by an electric fence. One dog per stay is allowed at a cost of €5 per day. There are two buildings side by side on this property: 1\. The villa is on one level and consists of a large living room with a fireplace, a separate fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, and one bedroom with four single beds (1.00 x 2 m), two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and a laundry room. 2\. The second building will be used privately by the owners. All around are large terraces, and below you will see a majestic 12 x 6 m saltwater swimming pool with a private boules court. Around the terraces you will find a ping pong table, a gas barbecue, and a hammock. Ideal for a stay with several families or friends. Access is via a narrow paved road. The location is perfect between the sea and the mountains for visiting the region. .. Ideally located 5 minutes from DRAGUIGNAN, close to all amenities, just 20 minutes from the ARCS SUR ARGENS train station and 1 hour from NICE airport, approximately 35 km from the sea (Saint Aygulf, Sainte Maxime, Saint Raphael, and Saint Tropez) and 1 hour from the Gorges du Verdon, between 10 and 30 minutes from all the villages of the Haut Var and their Provençal markets, popular for their wine tastings, goat cheeses, tapenades, anchoiades, olives, and more. Many charming villages and tourist attractions are just a few kilometers away, such as: Tourtour, voted the most beautiful village in France, which rises to 635 m with its flower-filled streets and fountains. Cotignac: a village of character nestled at the foot of a majestic rock from which a waterfall cascades. Old houses with 16th and 17th century facades, narrow streets, fountains... The surroundings are beautiful and the villa itself is perfection. The pool is enormous, there are lots of differnent seating options outside for a meal on the terrace with a view, a hammock for relaxing or reading a book and a kitchen well-stocked with equipment. Christine and Florent were lovely hosts and even went out of their way to help drive us to the nearest town when our rental car fell through. The place was immaculately clean when we arrived and is so quiet and peaceful. It is a short drive to nearby towns (Les Arcs and Draguignan) and just over an hour to Nice and the coast. Definitely rent a car for getting around and pack lots of bug spray, but overall a wonderful, wonderful trip. ##### Emily M. Da es insgesamt 3 Bäder gibt, eine große Küche und mehrere verschiedene schöne Sitzgelegenheiten im riesigen Garten mit 15 m Pool, ist das Haus für größere Gruppen oder Familien optimal. Das Grundstück liegt sehr ruhig mitten in der Natur, am Rande eines Wohngebietes, die Zufahrt ist für größere Autos (Kleinbus) etwas schwierig. In weniger als 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Draguignan. Christine hat uns sehr nett empfangen. ##### Betty G. Extra plus för flera uteplatser, varav den största under ett härligt fikonträd. Poolen är verkligen något utöver det vanliga med gott om solstolar och plats för alla 10\. Vi hade två mycket fina veckor med familjen, och värdinnan Christine var alltid tillgänglig och väldigt hjälpsam, vi fick flera fina rekommendationer om platser vi inte fick missa, och det passade oss alla. Maison agréable et fonctionnelle dans un cadre exceptionnel, avec une piscine de rêve! Idéal pour se ressourcer en famille ou entre amis.
