Beautiful and large villa and outbuilding of 210 m2, private with swimming pool heated, ideal for two to three families. This fully fenced property is located on the heights of DRAGUIGNAN, facing south, in a very quiet area, without vis-à-vis on a plot of 8 000 m2, planted with trees and landscaped in an authentic setting near vineyards. Its large private and secure swimming pool will seduce you with its vast beaches. Its well-kept garden and children's facilities will provide a pleasant place for everyone. Ideally situated, this property is close to all amenities (10 minutes by car), about 35 km from the sea (Saint Aygulf, Sainte Maxime, Saint Raphael and Saint Tropez), 1 hour from the Gorges du Verdon and 30 minutes from all the villages of the Haut Var. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet, wunderschön eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Auch der Außenbereich mit der Terrasse, dem Pool, dem Boulefeld und vielen weiteren Sitzgelegenheiten ist super. Man hat keine direkten Nachbarn, sodass man weder andere stört noch von anderen Anwohnern gestört wird. Der Kontakt zu Christine war sehr unkompliziert. Sie versucht einem bei allem zu helfen und bei Wünschen oder Anliegen entgegenzukommen. Auch gibt sie einem super viele sehr hilfreiche Tipps, damit man in der Umgebung die schönsten Ecken entdecken kann. Wir haben so 3 wunderschöne Ausflugstage gehabt! ##### Kristin K. Toller Boule Platz und schöner Pool. Christine ist sehr sympathisch und hat uns tolle Tips gegeben, zu Restaurants, Ausflügen und Stränden in der Nähe. Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 ados et cette villa est absolument magique pour passer des vacances de rêve : maison décorée avec soin, cuisine très moderne avec de nombreux matériels de vaisselle, très grandes terrasses, magnifique piscine chauffée, terrain de pétanque, table de tennis de table, barbecue gaz… le tout dans un cadre naturel magnifique entre pins et chênes verts, avec les inévitables cigales. Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse entre farniente et découverte de la région, avec de très nombreux sites de visites à proximité. ##### Sebastien M.
