This 140m² villa and its independent 30m² studio are located below the village of Flayosc with a spectacular view of this small typical Provençal village, on a fenced plot of 7000m² with a paddock that can accommodate 2 horses.
Located in the countryside, not overlooked, it consists of:
- A 3x4 swimming pool area, depth 120, with deckchairs and BBQ
- An outdoor space for lunch and a garden furniture
- An independent studio with sofa/bed, kitchen, shower room, WC and pool table
- 3 bedrooms:
including 1 bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and bathroom + WC: Ideal for families
+ upstairs 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed and bathroom with WC
- A beautiful living room with dining room and fully equipped open kitchen overlooking the terrace
- Plenty of parking spaces on the plot
- Possibility to accommodate 2 horses on the paddock located on the ground (on request)
An ideal place to enjoy with friends or family!
Cleaning costs include end-of-stay cleaning and household linen (bed linen and towels). The beds are prepared before your arrival, all you have to do is put down your suitcase
