Located 30km from the sea and 30km from the Lac de Ste Croix and the Verdon. Green garden with secure swimming pool. Vegetable garden at your disposal to pick your vegetables. Charming interior furnishings. Ideal house for gathering with 2 families or friends. You can relax at home, stroll around town or visit this beautiful region, whether for its hilltop villages, its excellent wine cellars, the Gorges du Verdon, or the Côte d'Azur. In the house, you will find 4 beautiful bright bedrooms each with a double bed with quality and recent Dunlopillo bedding. In one of them there are also 2 extra mattresses 1 place. Downstairs, a very beautiful living room, decorated with charm and taste, with several armchairs and benches, a beautiful stone fireplace and a piano, allows you to watch TV on a large flat screen or read comfortably. A few steps above, you have the kitchen-dining room, well equipped for 8 to 10 people, with a large family wooden table, a nice buffet containing all the dishes. In the kitchen area, you will find a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a 4-burner gas stove, electric oven and microwave. In the cupboards, everything you need for pots, pans, pressure cookers, etc. The decoration is not forgotten either since the walls of the kitchen part are decorated with a magnificent collection of spoons from all countries! The children are not forgotten either since the garden has a beautiful covered sandbox (to avoid dirt from cats), and a sand toy box. there is also a wooden portico with 2 kinds of swings and a small slide. Finally there is a ping pong table with balls and rackets, which can be folded out on the terrace. On the terrace covered with a refreshing arbor, you have a large wooden table and 10 chairs and of course 4 sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue and a large lawn for napping. Two cars can easily park in front of the house which in any case is at a dead end and where it is also very easy to park. This dead end guarantees you the pleasure of being in a calm and relaxing place, away from the hustle and bustle ... L'emplacement sur les hauteurs, au calme est parfaite et sans vis à vis avec les voisins.Toutes les activités alentours sont à proximités directes de Draguignan, ce qui en fait un lieu idéal.Nous avons passés des vacances dépaysantes, ressourçantes et très agréables. ##### VERENA C. Das Haus liegt günstig und ist nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Sämtliche bekannten Orte an der Côte d'Azur, sind von dort aus gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war äußerst freundlich. Der Pool ist mit circa 6 3,80 m nicht riesig, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Die Lage des Hauses ermöglicht kurze Wege ans Mittelmeer und an die Verdon-Schlucht und die für provenzalische Verhältnisse recht große Stadt bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Die Kommunikation mit Claire war angenehm und problemlos. Das für uns einzige Manko war der recht kleine Pool,der für vier Kinder nicht gerade attraktiv war. Pool und Terrasse waren unser Wohnzimmer und die Lage war super. Verdonschlucht, Cascade du Pennaforte usw. waren ebenso gut zu erreichen wie die Orte an der Côte d‘Azur.
