Started off great with quick responses and very helpful. Once we arrived we had room issues and tried for several hours to get staff to speak with us and were unsuccessful. Ended up leaving and not staying the night. Still haven’t had them contact us.

Steve was a very friendly desk clerk but he's the only one I dealt with that I can say that.
The girl at the counter with him was more interested in talking then helping the guest, the night auditor smiled once and then the was it. The morning girl wow yeah I won't be back here was very shocked for a Holiday inn.
The AC didn't work and sounded like a race car randomly hopefully that's fixed ASAP

Good location near highway to airport. Our receptionist (Renee) was wonderful. Took extra time to help us find a great place for dinner. HINT: there are four places (at least) within easy walking distance (1 block!). The best (Ted's Montana Grill) is the toughest to get into, so make early reservations - IT WAS PACKED OUT THE DOOR! Room and grounds were clean and well-prepped. NOTE: Parking is NOT free ($16!), so factor that in.
