(3,495 reviews) I travelled for my birthday and I had an awesome time. The staff were very friendly and kind. All staff were extremely helpful and attentive. They remembered my birthday and each greeting felt special and personal. I looked forward to breakfast each morning to enjoy their tasty spread. My room was very comfortable and clean with amazing views . The hotel is located in a great area where you walk to great places with the bus stop around the corner. I was looking forward to the roof top restaurant however it was closed. (876 reviews) The room was clean and new. It had a full kitchen and was spacious! The ceiling to floor windows gave us the true experience of Chicago life. We also had access to really cool amenities like the play room, arcade and fitness room. Unfortunately our room was right next to the elevators and other guests that night were walking between rooms all night (till 4am!) , talking loudly/yelling and crying, slamming doors so it's hard to say if the bed is comfortable for sleep since we didn't really sleep with the noise. I would consider staying again because of the cleaniness, space, location and ammenities but fear that unless we get a bigger corner room, it would be noisy again by the elevator.
