We had a really bad camping trip and came here after we had to abondon due to rain. This place was like a warm hug and it made our weekend salvageable!

Great stay. Walkable to a lot of different options. Friendly and smart staff. I was not a huge fan of the cleaning staff vacuuming the hallways at 8:15am, but if that is the worst thing about my 3 night stay, I’d say that’s pretty minor.

The rooms are much smaller than they appear on the web description. The bathrooms are super tight and small with no space. Our shower/tub had a plumbing issue where the water wouldn’t drain. There was no room in general. Staff was pretty nice and welcoming.

I liked that their was a staff member assisting with opening and closing doors every time someone went in and out and able to leave luggage there if flight is later in the day I disliked the location of the elevator my room was right across (2 feet) in front of elevator and can hear everyone that uses elevator

Staff was extremely nice! Clean rooms. Walkable to pikes place and close to monorail to transport to space needle.. its a bit noisy but hotel Does provide ear plugs.

Really great hotel for the price! Staff were very friendly and helpful, everything was very easy. Parking is pricey, but a must if you’re driving. Rooms were clean and spacious, with everything you need. The only thing I wish it had (perhaps this is coming in the future with the building they are doing?!) is a restaurant/breakfast. There are currently no options offered by the hotel, so I think this attention would make it almost perfect.

The room was nice. But didn’t have heat; only air conditioning. They provided a space heater. It was okay since it was the end of April. But any winter month would be cold in the room. The bathroom is on the smaller side. The space was quite tight where the toilet is. And there was no fan in the washroom so the humidity builds up. The staff was nice. The valet was very helpful since we made multiple trips to the car while it was in the parkade. For the price point, This hotel is good. But i wouldn’t expect too much in terms of room quality. The building is old and it shows.

Dear guest, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry about the cooler temperatures. The hotel HVAC system works on heat in the winter and AC in the warmer month. Seattle weather made some promises of warm days, but later turned to cooler temperatures during the night. We hope the space heaters were able to help.

You get what you pay for. Definitely an older building they have tried to update. Wasn't horribe wasnt great. Dang heater didnt work and it was late and cold when we got back to the room so jad to throw extra blankets on and sleep layered up.

I’ve already seen reviews about their terrible shower condition. True enough, the knob to turn the shower in the room I was staying was broken, it was completely hanging that you can’t adjust the right temperature of the water. Also, the A/C wasn’t working if you turn the air up or down. Too expensive for what you are getting, I bet the cheaper options would have been a better experience.

Went with son and daughter, family suite was perfect for us (two bathrooms!). Staff (especially Kelly) were super great! Loved being able to text with staff instead of sitting on a phone call. Currently building a dining/cafe area! Hotel is in the hilly section of Seattle. Only a couple of restaurants near and very expensive. However, within a mile there is Pikes Place Market and a big mall. They have an elevator, but there are 5 stairs to lobby/elevator - not good for folks in wheelchairs/handicaps. No dressers in the rooms and one very small closet in family suite. This was perfect for three capable, active adults.

The executive seems to suffer from a dichotomy in its staff. The good ones are really very decent. Nice engaging people. The bad ones drag it down I was checked in by a gentleman who seem to take it as a front that I had booked only within the prior 24 hours and I was asking for an early check-in. I explained that I was staying because of some ongoing issues with my apartment. A few weeks back, we suffered some damaged pipes which caused water to spray from below warping, among other things, hardwood floors in nine different units. I’m in the middle of chemotherapy and the smell makes me sick and it’s not just the smell in our unit. It’s all along. You can smell it coming through the vents. Frankly, I just don’t want to add facility problems to my list of things that are not going well for me. I’ve been staying at a hotel while the management conducts necessary repairs. While I’d love to believe we’re finished, we probably aren’t and I will likely have to stay three or four more nights. We’ll see. When I arrived I asked the front desk for an early check in, whatever room was available. If that meant I’d pay an early check-in fee, whatever no problem, or if I would have to pay for a better type of room, no problem. The gentleman checking me in seemed as though he was taking my request as some sort of special treatment demand. It was not. I would love to think the matter with my apartment is concluded, but returning home is fairly obvious that this we continuing
