Easy to take two short bus trips to/from the San Jose airport and the hotel. Ed was very friendly and while I didn’t have any issues or needs, I’m sure he would be accommodating. The room was clean and had a slightly larger than normal mini fridge which was nice. If you are traveling and don’t need anything fancy, I would definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel is great for a long term stay with a decent pool and nicely sized rooms. Check-in and check-out seemed like a choke point for many guests as they didn't have the right amount of staff and the property needs some better upkeep here and there. I wish they had better offerings in their lobby store but if those are my only complaints, then overall it's a decent hotel! The property is quite charming with little courtyards and fountains, although I wished they were all functioning. Overall, we felt comfortable especially since we were able to bring our dog.
