Downtown Overland Park Holidays from £1,066

I travel from St. Louis to Kansas City for every KC Current home game so I stay at this hotel regularly throughout the season. It’s become my home away from home, and a huge reason for that is Seniya at the front desk! Seniya is absolutely amazing! She remembers me by name, knows my room preferences, and has everything ready when I arrive. Her bubbly, friendly personality and attention to detail make every stay feel like a VIP experience. Exceptional service like hers is what keeps guests coming back! She is truly an asset to this hotel. On top of that, my room is always clean and easily accessible, making my frequent trips even more enjoyable and stress free. While there are sometimes cheaper hotels in the area, the exceptional customer service and cleanliness here make it worth paying a little more. I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay during my trips to Kansas City!

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in in years. Will never return.

Very clean. Had a great stay. Just didn’t like, at all, that you had to pay to park. I can see if it was in a city but this was not in that type of Location.

The bathroom was slightly dusty (especially on top of the tissue box). The fridge was missing a foot and didn't work at first, but the staff helped turn it on.
