Very nice property, the staff was super great and accommodating considering I had just had surgery. One of the elevators broke which wasn’t great but otherwise I very much enjoyed the stay.

Lia and Jenny were the two employees I had interacted with. Lia kindly checked us in early and Jenny had great city info we needed. I highly recommend them for this!! We also received a greater vip amount than what was promised at the bbq place in the parking lot. And the food was great!
The only area I can see improvement is the bed. A firmer bed (option) would have been perfect.
Our bed was soft and my hubby is a big boy, we were like taco meat in the center of the bed.
