Downtown Greenwich Holidays from £688

I was very disappointed with my stay here. I stayed one night with my two children, and the room was not what I expected from the pictures on the listing. The room was dirty and run down. There was mold in the bathroom, holes in the sheets, and the floor was dirty. The air conditioner was also a problem. I could not adjust the temperature, and the room became extremely cold. I had to keep turning the AC off and back on during the night, which made it very difficult to sleep. My children were uncomfortable and scared, and I honestly was not comfortable either. We checked in late at night, so I didn’t feel like I had much of an option to find another hotel at that point. I did my best to make my kids comfortable and get through the night, but we ended up waking up very early and leaving as soon as we could. I have pictures of the conditions in the room, including the mold and damaged sheets. I understand that hotels can vary, but this was not a comfortable or clean stay. I was traveling with my children and expected a basic level of cleanliness and comfort. Unfortunately, I did not get that here. Based on my experience, I would not stay at this property again. I hope management addresses the cleanliness, bathroom, bedding, and AC issues because guests should not have to deal with these conditions.

It took calling the booking website customer service to get in contact with the host. I end up getting a different property that the one I reserved but the new on was more bedrooms, at the end I work out but it took some long coy with the host.

Beautiful warm atmosphere. Great breakfast and lovely bar staffed by Paul.

Though the privous occupants refused to vacate the property in time but the landlord was suupportive went out of their way and provided a refund option and an alternative...we took the alternative which happen to be better than the originally booked property ... Will use this management and property owner in our upcoming short terms rentals.....
