Check in was a hassle, and contacting him was just as difficult. Inside, it smelled like dog pee, the sheets were dirty, and we even found old underwear under the couch. We had to wash the sheets ourselves the next day. Overall, one of the worst experiences we’ve had very disappointing. "I loved my room. Staff was very friendly. My only issue is that the hotel has day passes and room passes, since it was memorial day it was overly crowded for my taste, overbooked, no lounge chairs or towels at the pool or beach. I will Recommended, but never on holidays."
