I love the historical aspect of the hotel and the location was great. The Staff were great, friendly and responsive. The lobby is beautiful and I enjoyed the coffee shop. It was extremely quiet and lowkey. Great views of the city from the room
I did not like how old the furniture/fixtures were. All of them even the toilet seat was extremely old and worn. The room had a slightly musty smell. The tv kept going out but maintenance did come to replace it. The shower head was old and extremely loud to the point where I wanted to wear earplugs! There was also no microwave or small fridge in the room. If it wasn’t for how outdated everything was I would return but I will have to pass on visiting again until the location is updated

The stay was great! The rooms were clean and the staff provided great customer service. The staff was attentive and answering our questions and make sure we were taken care of. The happy hour and buffet breakfast was great.
