Loved this hotel, the location, and the kind and helpful staff. Great walkability in downtown Asheville. I would have preferred a self park option vs relying on the valet.

Moxy Asheville Downtown
Bar and lounge were pleasant and reasonable. The parking charge was reasonable. Entering and exiting parking from the streets was complicated and confusing. It should have been better exeplained in the hotel's website.

Concierge lady had no idea what parking options were. Suggested we do street parking then said never mind it’s only 2 hrs. We arrived and she never confirmed the location just responded “I hope so” to us saying “I hope we’re in the right spot.” She did nothing to help either of us. Esp my mother ...
