The hotel offers everything one could need for a short stay. Clean, friendly staff, nice bar area etc however my first experience of my room was disappointing to which the hotel offered me a courtesy breakfast to make amends.

Had a great stay in the heart of Birmingham. Key collection was easy - from a local shop and car parking was secure on site. The apartment was modern and clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of places to visit and restaurants all in walking distance.
