The front desk staff wasn’t helpful at all. The ac in our room didn’t work the two hours we were in there. When I went to tell them that, they acted like I was a huge inconvenience and actually wanted me to wait longer.
The fact that this hotel didn’t offer any kind of complimentary breakfast was very disappointing. For the amount I paid for this room there should have been something available for breakfast.
The room wasn’t the cleanest. There was shower scum on the shower floor, the toilet continued to run, and there were spots on the bedding.
I won’t be staying here again.

Room had strange smell and staff very unresponsive- needed a slipper as carpet was very dirty and asked the front desk . The front desk never send the slippers - this is my send bad experience in this total
