This is a beautiful home in a very secluded, serene area. We enjoyed watching the ships cueing up for Philadelphia harbor. The sunrise and sunsets were magnificent. We saw a bald eagle on the beach and many birds in the marsh behind the house. I was delighted with how well stocked the kitchen is. My daughter and I put together a perfect Thanksgiving dinner. Kim and Steve are wonderful hosts.

Another Perfect Getaway

Great Host and Wonderful Place

We loved our visit to Prime Hook Beach and Kim & Steve’s beach home! The listing and other reviews were spot on! Our Chocolate Lab Sadie enjoyed running on the beach and it was so quiet and peaceful…just what we were looking for!

This is a great location. Right across from the beach access. Beach is very private. Only thing to recommend is bring bug spray because there are mosquitoes at the beach but other than that it was a wonderful trip.

Great Family Vacation

This property was in an ideal location, just a short walk to the quiet and picturesque beach and about 15-20 mins to shopping areas. The home was perfect for families with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and space to relax. It was well stocked with items to make our stay comfortable. Check in and check out was easy. The house is very nice, we liked that it had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for the 3 of us! The location is very nice, only improvement would be waterfront or a screened deck looking over marsh. Very quiet, great walks, and easy to get to. 5 STARS!

Great place for a getaway from the hustle and bustle

We enjoyed a girls weekend, including the pup in a quiet, clean, and friendly place. The accommodations were excellent and beach time was great. All of the neighbors were friendly, and Lily (the pup) made 2 and 4 legged friends. Great place for sunrise and sunset viewing. We all loved it. Thank you so much, would love to come back.

Golf Trip Stay

We used this house for our annual golf trip. The place was great with more than enough space but also was a 30 second walk to the beach when we wanted to stretch our legs. It was less than an hour to Ocean City, MD, but this location was off the beaten path which provided serene marsh views, and a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Perfect home to stay in! Super clean, well stocked, and excellent location for a quiet getaway. Our two dogs really enjoyed the decks and the accommodations exceeded our expectations from past experiences. Everyone was able to have their own room and bathroom which was a huge bonus, and the beach supplies were awesome. The host was very accommodating and answered my questions in a timely fashion. Absolutely would stay here again for a longer time!

The house was a great beach location, with beach access directly across the street. The two levels of the house made it easy to have space to yourself but the common deck and living/dining/kitchen space was perfect to hang out in. The top deck was my favorite spot in the house with a nice water view! I hope to return again!

The Perfect Getaway

We love Prime Hook Beach in the winter--it is peaceful, quiet and serene, with water views and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets visible right from your windows or just across the road. Great house, great location, no complaints.

We love Prime Hook because it’s so quiet and the beach is pristine. The house was just as described, well stocked, kid friendly, updated, right across the street from the beach. The house is up on stilts so be prepared for a slight swaying motion, not unpleasant at all, just took a little getting used to. The host was responsive, the area is beautiful and we would gladly stay here again.
