8.6/10 Excellent! (375 reviews)
The staff were lovely and the breakfast was delicious. The central location is excellent but the area is extremely noisy, with loud music from nearby bars and large crowds outside the window. Earplugs were provided in the room, suggesting that noise is a recognised and ongoing issue. They were very effective, however. The room and bathroom are in need of renovation, with loose electrical sockets and tired furnishings.
Good air con in the room.
Overall, an average and noisy stay that felt overpriced for the standard of accommodation.

"The hotel is a bit of distance from downtown Galway. The hotel itself, fantastic!! Breakfast buffet is highly recommended, many options, hot & always replenishing. The gym was dynamite, multiple floors with new & old gym equipment. The Courtyard restaurant had great offerings & very delicious. Mollie, ..."
