\- An 11m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hob...  
  
1st floor :  
\- A relaxation area with armchairs and TV  
\- A bathroom with shower and WC  
  
2nd floor :  
\- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)  
  
Outside :  
\- A 5 m² south-facing terrace with furniture for enjoying fine weather  
  
The house is ideally located in Douvres-la-Délivrande, 500 m from the center, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby...
