We have been coming to Terranea since they opened. We have brought our families there so many times and it is always amazing there. The service was very nice although very slow at the spa. We didn’t get any service by the pool for two hours till I said something. We got a free upgrade, which was very nice however I was Shocked to see the patio furniture was beaten up with some chairs burned by the fireplace. It makes me a little sad that the property is not maintained as it once was.

"It's a nice, clean motel with friendly, helpful staff. The bathroom was nicely updated/renovated. The furniture was older and a bit mismatched but perfectly serviceable. Staff had made effort with little extras -- the in-room coffee station, s'more fixings available, dining recommendations, etc. ..."

"This is a wonderful property. Sadly it rained a lot the two days that we were there so we could only really enjoy the inside, but we were able to enjoy a few minutes down by the river which was lovely. The house was cozy and comfortable."
