It features lighting and a water softener. It is possible to rent another 7-person cottage located 500m away. It is 15 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses and Saint-Valéry-en-Caux), 12km from a leisure center with canoes, pedal boats, and water skiing. It is 50km from Etretat, 35km from Fécamp and Rouen. There is an amusement park at Bocasse with lots of games. There is a large 80m² terrace with a barbecue, garden table and chairs, a relaxing armchair, and a ping-pong table. You can come and see and pet our 3 donkeys (Lény, Martin, and Pivoine), which are 500m from the cottage. In June, the flax fields are in bloom. A discount applies if you book for a week. The fireplace is unavailable. Sheets can be rented for €10/person.
