It comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor \- Bedroom 1: with a single (child size) opening onto a terrace First floor \- 35 m² living room, with TV, sofas, dining area, etc. \- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. Second floor \- Bedroom 2 : with a king-size bed (180×200) \- Bedroom 3 : with queen-size bed (160×200) \- Bathroom with shower \- Separate WC Outside: \- A 25 m³ terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. \- A second 6 m² terrace. The house is ideally located in Douarnenez, in very pleasant surroundings.
