Great location. Yes facilities are limited but room itself is good with comfy bed and decent size shower. Great views. Outdoor seats needed a clean ( bird poop)

The tiny house was excellent - modern and clean. The location was good - right on the river and not too far from the highway (but far enough to not get road noise). My only gripe was that I had a poor sleep due to the bed not being very comfortable and because I had a long drive ahead of me the next ...
