"Jeanette’s cottage was the perfect spot for a weekend stay on the Eagle River Chain. It’s cozy, but comfortably fit four people without ever feeling cramped. Everything listed was accurate. Cell service is limited in this part of Eagle River, but the Wi-Fi worked great and easily met our needs. The kitchen and living area also felt surprisingly spacious for the size of the cottage.The space has a nostalgic, classic “up north” feel that reminded me of visiting Eagle River as a kid in the best way. The back deck is a great spot to hangout, tucked into the woods with beautiful, peaceful views of Otter Lake.Jeanette truly goes above and beyond as a host, consistently making sure both our stay and future guests’ stays are top-notch. During our visit, she even installed a brand-new Sealy mattress in the queen bedroom based on prior feedback, which speaks volumes about how much she cares. She also surprised us with warm sugar cookies fresh out of the oven. It's these thoughtful touches which really set this place apart.Would absolutely stay here again."

"The cabin has everything you need for your stay. The first time trying to locate the cabin was a little hard, but we figured it out. The view was amazing to be able to sit on the porch and watch the eagles fly over and the sun rises and sun sets. We didn’t want to go home. Thanks for the memories "
