Ich hatte einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, und das verdanke ich zu einem großen Teil dem exzellenten Service von Frau Anabelle. Vom ersten mirgen nach meiner Ankunft an empfing sie mich mit herzlicher Freundlichkeit und Professionalität, sodass ich mich sofort willkommen fühlte.
Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts war Anabelle stets überaus zuvorkommend – sei es mit hilfreichen Empfehlungen, der perfekten Vorbereitung meines Zimmers oder indem sie sich erkundigte, ob alles in Ordnung war. Ihre Liebe zum Detail und ihre freundliche Art trugen maßgeblich zu einem unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bei.
Das Hotel selbst war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt, aber der Service von Anabelle machte es zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Sie ist eine echte Bereicherung für das Team, und ihr Engagement hat meinen Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr bereichert.

The Staff were so helpful and so kind. I was traveling alone and I felt so taken care of and safe! I could give this hotel 10 stars if possible. I will be back no doubt about that!

The front desk clerk was polite and helpful. The view of Marburg Castle from our room was incredible! Unfortunately that was the only positive part of our stay. The room was tiny, the carpets were stained and gross and the cleaner knocked on our door before check out time when the “do not disturb” ...
