The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s within a 25 min walk to the city center but there are regular buses a block away that go right into the city center which make it super convenient. The hotel gave us a free pass for the bus. It was a breeze going back and forth the 2 days we were there. Also the hotel is walking distance to the main train terminal.

This was by far the most personalized stay we’ve ever had at a hotel. We were personally shown to the room and all amenities were explained. The amazing staff thought of every detail. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg!

Front desk: Austrian (chilly but efficient)
Amenities: a refrigerator or minibar in room would be nice...otherwise perfect! Do not miss the graveyard directly behind the property.

Cuartos simples, parece un Ibis. Sin café en el cuarto. Climatización mediocre.
Excelente ubicación. Y por eso y su terraza vale la pena quedarse en el.

It was really hot at night and the room temperature controller wasn't working, I had to open the window and then there was noice of cars on the main road. "This was a tough one. The location was breathtakingly beautiful. The hotel is situated out on the point and you get a clear view of the mountains. The rooms are somewhat dated as it is an older hotel. I would give it a 4.5 and although I like modern hotels, I would definitely stay there again."
