Staff were fantastic. We really enjoyed the kitchenette facility with a shared fridge, microwave and coffee and tea. Everything was clean and felt well taken care of. We did find the pillows to be a bit small and lumpy (there were only 2 pillows on a queen size bed) and the shower does make the whole bathroom floor wet - thankfully they staff are happy to refresh your towels daily and they do have a towel warmer if you want to dry them faster yourself. There are quite a few stairs and the front door is quite heavy, so this hotel probably is not suitable for those with limited mobility.

This hotel is so beautiful, clean and the team are amazing always smiling and very helpful.
The decor is impressive you feel regal when staying there.
It’s close to museum park and has lots to offer close by.
I will be back there at some point this year.
