With all custom work inside and out it’s a must see ! Located on the beautiful Upper Iowa river in dorchester Iowa . For a romantic couples getaway , fishing trip or small family retreat, it will make your trip a special one . It features 2 open loft bedrooms ( one on each side ) 1 room with a queen bed and the other with 2 single beds. Downstairs futon can sleep 1 more adult/child. \-propane for grill and firewood are not provided with this rental. Please bring your own firewood/buy it in local town. We always wanted to try a tiny home, and loved it inside and out. Being right by the river was serene, with abundant wildlife, especially birds of prey. My only early hesitation was that in the pictures you didn’t think there was another residence next door, however after staying it was a none issue and still felt like it was private enough. This was the perfect little house for me and my partner to stay at while we fished the driftless area. The tiny is house is adorable and functional. It was clean and had way more amenities than expected - tons of towels, bedding, extra toilet paper, fully stocked kitchen utensils. There is a ton of storage. We didn't use the hot tub but it's private and has a nice view of the river. It was easy to go down the road and buy firewood for fires each night.
