"As as I was laying in bed I saw a rat run across the floor I was terrified disgusting I called the the front desk and nobody answers so I had to sleep terrified it was going to be a rat running on my bed or something also the roomknos are full of mold it ruined a lot of my medicine I had two B12 tablets on the desk when I got up in the morning when I finally woke up and I finally fell asleep worrying about that rat they had swelled up cuz there's so much moisture in that room and the head lady that runs the desk she is not a nice lady at all I was sitting there and I could hear her talking about her employees how bad they are how bad they work and she doesn't even look you in the eye when she talks to you and they won't give me my money back is a very unpleasant stay at all but I couldn't get up in the middle of the night and go find somewhere so I had to suffer with worrying about a rat running around the the room"

"Stayed here before a cruise b/c they had transportation to the docks and shuttle from the airport. Really appreciated that amenity! Lots of people doing same and unfortunately only 1 elevator was working, so there was some waiting, but all in all, it wasn't too bad. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great - made to order with servers. "

"I have made a complaint with the hotel. They had roaches in our bathroom. No towels brought after first day. No soap or towels in lobby bathroom. Dirty dirty dirty. Staff was uncooperative. They NEVER came a cleaned up the roaches. I will not return there ever!!"

"The rooms were nice, but had a very bad smell to them every night we'd come back, almost like a mildew smell. The breakfast would have been ok if they didn't cheap out on refilling items. Breakfast was suppose to be from 6-9 during the week. 2 of the mornings I came down at 8:35 with 25 mins left, there was nothing left. It's a breakfast buffet. Not first come, first serve. There's no reason there shouldn't be food up until 9 am sharp. "
