Clean room / no issues

Was ok for the price close to all and wlaking to Clifton hill

The rooms were extremly clean, got a great sleep best pillows ever. Being an early bird i'm up at 5am, i felt very safe sitting alone outside and just enjoying the silence. Pool and grounds were very well kept and inviting. Staff was so welcoming and genuine which is amazing to see in today's world. I will return. Thank you.

The room (Unit A) we occupied was spacious enough with a nice kitchen and overall, very clean. Appears to be recently renovated. The bathroom was extremely small and not functional for a couple.....maybe ok for a single. Very small shower with a very slippery floor base. The main living area and the bedroom were equipped with portable floor air conditioning units whose large air hoses were taped into the windows.....and were noisy while operating. Certainly not aesthetically pleasing. As the unit is facing the Niagara Parkway, traffic noise was heard throughout the night. Title of accommodation was "Niagara Parkway Boutique Hotel". There are 4 units (I believe) that are located in what appears to be a renovated home sitting in front of an actual Motel with the same name. This is not a hotel. There is no on-site staff, no amenities beyond a pool, BBQs and sauna shared with all the units of the motel in behind and no food/drink options on site. Overall, the description was misleading and a misrepresentation of the place.
