The owner had no idea what was going on when I called. She promised a full refund (including parking and deposit), but completely ghosted us for two days. "Used to be a great deal to stay at residences for ball tournaments very cheap, but knowing what you’re getting. Now they charge hotel prices without offering any hotel perks or conveniences. Single beds are garbage, paper thin walls and the tv picture and sound in every room for our team cut out ..."
