Set directly along the Nordic trail—with convenient access to the Poma Lift during ski season—this charming 1,250‑sq‑ft two‑story cottage is surrounded by natural landscaping and features vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, granite countertops, hardwood floors, and a cozy stone gas fireplace. Inside, the fully stocked kitchen includes full‑sized appliances and all the essentials needed for easy meal preparation. The inviting living room offers plenty of seating and beautiful views of the patio and nearby mountains. Syringa Cottage includes two spacious primary suites, each featuring its own ensuite bathroom. The main‑level suite also includes the in‑unit washer and dryer, while the upper‑level suite encompasses the entire second floor, offering added comfort and privacy for families or friends.
