This home is spacious and inviting, and guests are welcomed into a large living area with high ceilings and windows that offer a full view of the beauty outside. An attractive floor to ceiling stone hearth, with a wood burning fireplace, is surrounded by comfortable couches. The cabin is accessible year-round and is just a few miles from the town of Donnelly. With 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms this home was designed for families or groups up to 12\. This lakeside home includes a private swimming dock and room for 2 docked boats. After a day in the lake warm up at the custom fire pit set on flagstone patio. There is a large outside deck with a large hot tub, patio heaters for chilly evenings and a barbecue. The interior of this home is unparalleled. It features enough rustic mountain touches to keep the atmosphere authentic, but with all of the modern luxuries you have come to expect. Come and stay in the beautiful home. The living room, dining area and kitchen have an open concept, providing an optimal space for entertaining the whole group. The dining table is positioned for great views, and ideal for dining in or on the spacious deck with numerous heaters to ward off the cool, fresh evening air. The chef\`s kitchen makes preparing food easy and enjoyable. Complete with designer appliances, granite counter tops, and a large breakfast bar with additional seating. It is fully stocked with most of the items you\`ll need to enjoy cooking. The loft overlooks the family room and has amazing views of the lake. This home has board games, and kids will have plenty of room to sprawl out and play. Bedrooms include a king bed on the main floor, a two queen beds bedroom, a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed bedroom and another queen bed bedroom - up to 12 guests will sleep comfortably. With Tamarack Resort just over seven miles away, offering downhill skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, rafting, zip-lines and with the lake just outside your back door, guests staying at this four-bedroom vacation rental will have something fun to do all year-round. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee. Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed. Pets: This home is NOT pet friendly. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. The property is amazing. The house has everything you need and the private beach/lake access is perfect. We had 2 young kids and 8 adults. There was plenty of room for all of us and more. Everything was wonderful and the hosts were accommodating and easy to communicate with. Only thing I could possibly provide any feedback on is the mattresses were not very comfortable. The pictures on the internet are very good, but do not do it justice (no offense to whomever took them, I just don't know how anyone could capture how amazing this place is). The cabin was spotless, plenty of room for two families. Even had silverware, toaster, coffeemaker, plates. pots, pans and a nice grill. Also the cabin has a large tier backyard deck with outstanding views of the lake. The beach that leads to the private dock is sandy and we all loved it. Hint- buy some wood at the nearby gas station (Stinker) for some fire pit fun. We had 6 adults and 6 children ages 11-20\. I must say any communication/questions for Frost were responded to quickly and professionally. The house was spotless when we arrived and being right on the lake was perfect. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked for the first few days. The kids loved the pool table especially. The master bedroom was a distance away from the rest of the house so when we went to bed earlier than the night owls, we could barely hear them. We spend lots of time on the back deck with the amazing view. We especially enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, barbeque and picnic table and chairs that easily accommodated our group. We also enjoyed being in a small town that was close to more touristy McCall about 20 minutes away. Our family goes on these trips every other year and the group unanimously voted on this place as the best location ever! ##### Judy T. It’s in a quiet neighborhood RIGHT on the lake. Gorgeous views! The beds were extremely comfortable! The hot tub was amazing as well. I loved that it is right off the master bedroom, so you don’t freeze on the way in! There are also porch heaters out there-bonus! The kitchen was fully stocked with gear, but very limited spices/food. The listing says there isn’t any coffee and they are correct! Bring your own! By far my favorite thing was that our rather large pickup FIT INSIDE the garage! First time it’s ever been garaged since we’ve owned it! The heater worked perfect throughout the entire house and was easy to turn down at night. The management team is top notch. They responded to two concerns we had within minutes. One was the water quit working (it was a super simple fix due to a filter that had been replaced and I was able to turn the handle back on with their easy to understand photo they sent). The other was that the Keurig coffee maker needed to be descaled and it quit working. The cleaning manager came over herself and got it working for us-she went way above and beyond. Especially since it was a record weekend for them with check ins. The things I would recommend for the owner/management to change would be: 1\. Put extra blankets in the closets. There aren’t any, so we used the comforters off the extra beds we weren’t using. 2\. Provide coffee, filters and k cups 3\. There is no DVD/Blu-ray player (update listing) ##### Joy E. Everything was as expected. We were a little worried that, with 12 of us, we would not have enough storage for food but the cabin has 3 refrigerators! It was wonderful. Great location - loved the cove the house sat on. Was perfect for teaching our young kids to water ski! One note is that the house does not supply beach towels or any type of additional blankets for the occasional chilly nights. I would also recommend getting wine glasses. This place is the place of weekend dreams! We had a group of 8 ladies and we fully enjoyed the spacious kitchen, outdoor dining area, fire pit, as well as the hot tub. The place was beautifully decorated and one of the most clean homes I've ever stayed in. It felt like we were residing in an oversized hotel just ourselves. The lake view was the cherry on top of the cake. Also, Frost Cabin property management went above and beyond for us. Their customer service is a standard to which all others should be held. All beds had NO blankets and just a thin bedspread, beds were terrible, and some of the sheets had holes in them. Snow was never removed from the deck and walk-ways. Multiple locked doors in the house “including pantry”. We were informed we needed to store food in the laundry room 🤷‍♀️. Frost management informed us we wouldn’t be provided blankets and not helpful at all. Also, be aware that the house only has access to 1 of the 2 garages..... We rent a premier home twice a year (summer & ski) for family trips. I have never experienced such poor quality as we did with this $$$ home. Thankfully we have friends with a home in the area we borrowed blankets from after them as well as purchased several in town. Will NOT recommend Frost Management rentals or this home to anyone. ##### Doug F.
