This condo has everything you need for a fantastic Idaho mountain getaway. WiFi speeds average 100Mbps+! Enjoy Tamarack Resort, Cascade Lake, the outdoors, skiing, hiking, golfing, Gold Fork Hot Springs and the boutique town of Donnelly -only moments away- with all the comforts of home when you return. Donnelly is a two-mile drive to the east, making it easy to resupply groceries or visit local restaurants. Donnelly is host to a wide variety of seasonal activities. Golf at Jug Mountain Ra Accessible year-round. Guests will have access to the entire condo, including the 2 car garage, except one locked owner\`s closet. Moose Tracks is located minutes away from two forks of Lake Cascade, the Donnelly Boat Docks and beaches, 10 minutes from Tamarack Ski Resort and West Mountain Snowmobile Areas and is 5 minutes to downtown Donnelly. A vehicle is suggested as there are no local transit options. Thank you for considering us for your vacation! Please take a moment to review our policies: Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee. Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed. Pets: This home is NOT pet friendly. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized. Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed on the property. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.
